Ingredients:

1 pkg	Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 pkg	Mini Hot Dogs
4 Tbsp	Butter (melted)
1-1/2 Tbsp	Dijon Mustard
2 tsp	Poppy Seeds

Additional Items:

• Baking Sheet
• Parchment Paper
• Ketchup (for serving)
• Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat gas grill to 350° F.
Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Slice crescent rolls lengthwise in halves.
Place a mini hot dog on the thick end of each triangle and roll up. Repeat for all cresent rolls.
Arrange the pigs in a blanket on the baking sheet.
In the meantime, melt butter and mix in dijon mustard and poppy seeds.
Place on the grill, over indirect heat, for 15-20 minutes.
About 10 minutes in, brush the top of the croissants with butter mixture.
Once the tops are golden brown, remove from the grill.
Place in a circle on a round plate, serve with rosemary and ketchup.
