Pale Ale Marinade

Ingredients: 1 bottle Pale Ale Bee; 1 stick cinnamon, ground; 1 T star anise, ground; 2 bay leaves; 1 T thyme, chopped; 1 shallot, finely chopped; 1 T ground pepper; 1 c walnut oil; 2 c cilantro, chopped

Cook Time: 15 - 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bottle Pale Ale Beer
1 stick cinnamon, ground
1 T star anise, ground
2 bay leaves
1 T thyme, chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 T ground pepper
1 c walnut oil
2 c cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Light side burner to medium-high heat.
Combine Pale Ale Beer, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, thyme, shallot and pepper in saucepan, stirring to blend.
Bring to a boil.
Cool.
Add walnut oil and cilantro. Whisk to blend.
