Ingredients: 8 oz whole fresh mushrooms; 8 oz cherry tomatoes; 1 c sliced zucchini; 1 T olive oil; 1 T vegan butter, melted; 1/2 t salt; 1/2 t onion powder; 1/2 t Italian seasoning; 1/8 t garlic powder; Dash pepper

Cook Time: 20 - 30 minutes

Ingredients:

8 oz whole fresh mushrooms
8 oz cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vegan butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash pepper

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square).
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Drizzle over vegetables.
Fold the foil around vegetables and seal tightly.
Grill, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Remove from grill and place into bowl.
Serve.
