Ingredients:

1 lb zucchini
2 T olive oil
1 t oregano
Ground black pepper to taste
2 T lime juice
Salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Slice zucchini in half lengthwise; rub with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
Grill directly on the grill grate, cut side down, until well browned.
Sprinkle with lime juice and season with salt.
