Ingredients:
1 lb Small carrots
3 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium.
Add water into a large sauce pan (about 4-1/2 qt).
Note: If the carrots are thicker then 1/2 to 3/4 in thick, then you will need to cut the carrots in half (lengthwise).
Lightly coat the carrots with oil and season with desired amount of salt, pepper, and thyme.
Place on the grill (cut side down if cut in half).
Grill for 5-8 minutes, then flip.
Grill for another 5-8.
When the carrots are seared (or begin to brown) and you easily pierce with a fork, remove from the grill and serve.
