Pale Ale Marinade

Directions:

1. Light side burner to medium-high heat.
2. Combine Pale Ale Beer, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, thyme, shallot and pepper in saucepan, stirring to blend.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Cool.
5. Add walnut oil and cilantro. Whisk to blend.
