Ingredients: 12 Thin Slices Prosciutto (about 6 ounces); 1 log (4 oz) Fresh Goat Cheese, softened; 24 (1-1/2 to 2 lb) Fresh Asparagus Spears, trimmed; Dressing:; 4 tbsp Orange Juice, freshly squeezed; 2 tsp Dijon Mustard; 1/2 cup Olive Oil; 1 clove Garlic, minced; 1 tbsp Honey; 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar; 1 tsp Fresh Chopped Thyme Leaves; 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Ingredients:

12	Thin Slices Prosciutto (about 6 oz)
1 log (4 oz)	Fresh Goat Cheese, softened
24	(1-1/2 - 2 lb) Fresh Asparagus Spears, trimmed

Dressing:

4 tbsp	Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
2 tsp	Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup	Olive Oil
1 clove	Garlic, minced
1 tbsp	Honey
1 tbsp	Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp	Fresh Chopped Thyme Leaves
1/2 tsp	Kosher Salt

Additional Items:

• Large Bowl

Directions:

Preheat the grill to medium.
In a large bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Cut each prosciutto slice crosswise in half.
Spread each piece with about 1 teaspoon cheese; wrap around an asparagus spear.
Oil the cooking grid.
Place on the cooking grid, seam side down.
Grill, covered, until prosciutto is lightly browned, 6-8 minutes, turning once.
Remove and serve with this dressing.
