Grilled Pineapple

Prep Time: 10 - 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 - 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Pineapple

Directions:

Preheat grill to high.
Cut off top and bottom of the pineapple. Leave the skin on.
Silde crosswise, into 1 inch disks.
Place pineapple disks on the cooking grid.
Grill for 5 to 7 min. each side.
Note: the grill will leave grill marks and the color will be a deeper yellow.
Remove from the grill.
Remove the skin and serve.
