Ingredients: 1 10” Flour tortilla; 2 Eggs; 4 oz Sausage; 1/4 c Onions; 1/8 c Peppers; 1/8 c Cheddar cheese; Pinch of Salt; Pinch of Pepper; Season to taste with Cholula® sauce

Ingredients:

1	10 inch Flour tortilla
2	Eggs
4 oz	Sausage
1/4 cup	Onions
1/8 cups	Peppers
1/8 cup	Cheddar Cheese
Pinch	Salt
Pinch	Pepper
Season to Taste with Cholula^® Sauce

Directions:

Cook sausage on flat top griddle or cast iron topper.
Add eggs, onions, peppers, salt and Cholula® Sauce in a mixture. Then scramble.
Place tortilla on griddle or cast iron topper. Place egg mixture on tortilla. Add cheddar cheese. Roll and fold the tortilla into a burrito. Warm on folded side then serve.
