Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise to make them thinner); 1 cup Olive Oil; 1 cup Soy Sauce; 1/4 cup Spicy Brown Mustard; 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard; 2 tbsp Minced Garlic; 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning; 1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper; Fresh Mozzarella (sliced); Cherry Tomatoes; Dried Basil (for garnish); Balsamic Glaze; Additional Items:; Large Bowl; Plastic Wrap or Storage Bag

Ingredients:

2	Chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise to make them thinner)
1 cup	Olive Oil
1 cup	Soy Sauce
1/4 cup	Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup	Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp	Minced Garlic
1 tbsp	Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp	Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
Cherry Tomatoes
Dried Basil (for garnish)
Balsamic Glaze

Additional Items:

• Large Bowl
• Plastic Wrap or Storage Bag

Directions:

Slice chicken breasts in half (lengthwise).
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, spicy brown mustard, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Place sliced chicken breasts into marinade and leave in fridge for at least one hour (up to overnight).
Note: You can place in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap or place marinade and chicken in a large storage bag.
Preheat grill to 400°F.
Remove chicken breasts from the storage container and place on the grill. Discard marinade.
Grill chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes.
Flip chicken breasts and grill for another 5-7 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Place 1-2 slices of mozzarella onto chicken, grill until melted.
Remove chicken from grill and place on a plate.
Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, dried basil, and balsamic glaze.
Serve and enjoy.
