Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients: 6 slices Bacon; 4 slices Bread; 4 slices Cheddar Cheese; 2 tbsp Butter, spreadable

Cook Time: 15 - 25 minutes

Ingredients:

6 slices Bacon
4 slices Bread
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Butter, spreadable

Directions:

Preheat grill with griddle topper or griddle for direct grilling over high heat.
Place bacon slices on the griddle and grill for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness.
Using tongs, carefully flip over bacon and grill for another 3-6 minutes.
Using tongs, carefully remove bacon and place on a plate with paper towels to absorb the grease.
Reduce grill or griddle heat to medium.
Using softened butter, coat one (1) side of each slice of bread.
Place the two (2) slices of bread butter side down on the plate.
Top with a piece of cheese, bacon, another piece of cheese and the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Place the sandwiches on the griddle.
Grill for about 4 minutes, until golden.
Carefully flip the sandwiches over and grill for another 4 minutes, until golden.
Remove sandwiches from griddle.
Serve and enjoy.
