It’s St. Patrick’s Day, which means it’s time to brush up on your grilling skills! Especially when grilling those healthy greens. We have a variety of healthy green options. One of our personal favorites is the grilled brussels sprouts. Also discussed below are other fun green grilling recipes such as the okra, bacon wrapped asparagus, zucchini, and avocados.

 

Grilled Brussels Sprouts

This beautiful green is just begging to be cooked on the grill! After a few quick steps, the sprouts need just five minutes or less of grill time on each side. Love parmesan cheese? Add this for a little something extra! Then, serve up and enjoy the crispy goodness.


 

Grilled Okra

Health is certainly a theme between these delicious food options. And this okra recipe is no different, possibly rivaling any option as the healthiest, thanks to its great source of fiber, vitamin C, among plenty of other health benefits. To get that tender and crisp flavor you’re looking for, add canola oil, garlic powder, black pepper and salt, and then grill for 5-10 minutes.


 

Grilled Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
