Ingredients: 1 (20 oz) bag Hash Browns, thawed if frozen; 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder; 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese; 1 tbsp Olive Oil; 2 tbsp Butter, divided into 6 pieces; Salt, to taste; Pepper, to taste; Additional Items:; Aluminum Foil; Baking Sheet

Cook Time: 15 - 25 minutes

Ingredients:

Hash Browns, thawed if frozen
Garlic Powder
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Olive Oil
Butter, divided into 6 pieces
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Additional Items:

• Aluminum Foil
• Baking Sheet

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Lay out one large sheet of aluminum foil and pour hash browns over top. Spread into even layer.
Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Then add overtop hash browns.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and olive oil. Mix well.
Top mixed hash browns with pats of butter.
Add another large sheet of aluminum foil to top, folding over the sides to seal.
Place foil-wrapped hash browns on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning packet over every 5 minutes.
