Grilled Hash Browns

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Lay out one large sheet of aluminum foil and pour hash browns over top. Spread into even layer.
3. Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Then add overtop hash browns.
4. Add shredded cheddar cheese and olive oil. Mix well.
5. Top mixed hash browns with pats of butter.
6. Add another large sheet of aluminum foil to top, folding over the sides to seal.
7. Place foil-wrapped hash browns on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning packet over every 5 minutes.
