Ingredients: 1/2 lb Ground Lamb (Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork); 1/2 tsp Fresh Parsley; 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic; 1 tbsp Minced Onion; 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder; 2 oz Feta Cheese; 2 slices Red Onion; 2 oz Tzatziki; 1 Bun, pita or naan bread; Pinch of Salt; Pinch of Pepper; Tzatziki Sauce:; 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt; 1/2 Cucumber, finely chopped; 2 cloves Minced Garlic; 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley; 1/4 Lemon; Pinch of Salt; Pinch of Pepper; Minced Red Pepper; Additional Items:; Large Bowl

Ingredients:

Ground Lamb (Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork)
Fresh Parsley
Minced Garlic
Minced Onion
Garlic Powder
Feta Cheese
Red Onion
Tzatziki
Bun, pita or naan bread
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

Tzatziki Sauce:

Plain Greek Yogurt
Cucumber, finely chopped
Minced Garlic
Chopped Parsley
Lemon
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Minced Red Pepper

Additional Item:

• Large Bowl

Directions:

Mix ground lamb with parsley, garlic and minced onion. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Grill the burger.
Grill the thinly sliced red onions.
Toast the bread/buns.
Top with crumbled Feta cheese while still on the grill.
Add thinly sliced red onion and Tzatziki sauce on top of burger.
Serve on a bun, pita, or naan bread.
