Ingredients:
1 Large Pineapple
1 lb Shrimp
1 Onion
1 Cup Caribbean Rice
1 Cup Green Peppers
1 Cup Yellow Peppers
Pineapple Chunks
Teriyaki Sauce (optional)
Directions:
Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out all the chunks.
On the grills side burner (or stove), make the Caribbean rice per the instructions on the packaging.
Preheat the
griddle
to medium-high, or you can use a
griddle toppers
on your grill.
Cook all items to desired doneness.
Fill pineapple with shrimp, peppers, onions, rice, and pineapple chunks, and pour teriyaki sauce on top.
Serve and enjoy.
