Chicken Marinade

Ingredients: 1 stick Unsalted Butter; 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic; 1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground; 1 tbsp Hot Sauce (your favorite); 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce; 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar; Additional Items:; Small Sauce Pan; Medium Bowl; Instant-read Thermometer

Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 - 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 - 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter
Granulated Garlic
Black Pepper, freshly ground
Hot Sauce (your favorite)
Worcestershire Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar

Additional Items:

• Small Sauce Pan
• Medium Bowl
• Instant-read Thermometer

Directions:

In a small sauce pan, melt the butter.
When the stick of butter is almost melted, add the garlic and pepper. Stir.
Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and stir.
Add the vinegar and reduce heat to low.
Stir to combine and remove from stove.
Use immediately or allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

When using: Baste chicken every twenty minutes until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
