Libyan Grilled Lamb Chops

Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 2 - 6 hours
Cook Time: 5 - 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Lamb Chops
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Garlic, minced
Black Pepper
Turmeric
Palmful Cilantro, Chopped

Additional Items:

• Large Bowl
• Large Container

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
In a large container, place the lamb chops and marinade.
Marinade for the refridgerator for 2-6 hours.
Preheat grill on high heat.
Place the meat on the grill.
Grill on each side for 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
