Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Toppings:
• 1 White Onion
• Tomato Slices
• Pickles
• Green or Black Olives
• Ketchup
• Mayonnaise
• Swiss Cheese Slices
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Shape ground beef into four 3/4-inch thick patties
Place patties on grid. Grill, covered, 13 to 14 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer reads 160°F, flipping occasionally.
Tip: Cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed ground beef. Ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Color is not a reliable indicator of ground beef doneness.
To toast buns, place cut sides down around outer edge of grid. Grill until lightly toasted.
Season burgers with salt and pepper as desired.
Cut the edges of the cheese slices in triangle shapes to imitate the vampire’s fangs.
Line bottom of each bun with ketchup and mayonnaise and place the onion, tomato, meat, cheese, and pickles on top. Close bun.
With the olives, simulate eyes and place them on the bun.
Serve and enjoy!
