Ingredients: 2 slices Thick Wheat Bread; 1 oz Brie, cut into slices; 2 tbsp Mascarpone; 4 Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy Bars, cut into small pieces; 1 tbsp Raspberry Jam OR Honey; 2 Bananas, sliced; Butter, for bread; Additional Item:; Griddle Topper (if using a gas grill)

Cook Time: 6 - 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Thick Wheat Bread
Brie, cut into slices
Mascarpone
Chocolate Covered Caramel Candy Bars, cut into small pieces
Raspberry Jam OR Honey
Bananas, sliced
Butter, for bread

Additional Item:

• Griddle Topper (if using a gas grill)

Directions:

Preheat a griddle or griddle topper on your propane grill to medium.
Butter the outsides of the slices of bread.
Place bread on butter side down.
Spread 1/2 of the honey on the inside of each of the slices.
Place bananas, candy bar pieces, and brie on one of the slices.
Top with other slice of the bread.
Place on the griddle and grill for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese and chocolate have melted, and the bread is golden brown.
Remove and serve.
