Grilled Bacon and Egg Cups

Directions:

1. Preheat your grill to 450ºF.
2. Spray the inside of the muffin tin.
3. Cut circles of bread to match the bottoms of your muffin tin.
4. Place each bread circle on the bottom of each cup of your muffin tin.
5. Place bacon around the edges of the bread, making a cup.
6. Crack an egg into each cup.
7. Place on the grill for 8-15 minutes, until eggs are fully cooked.
8. Once eggs are thoroughly cooked, remove from grill.
   Tip: Let rest for 2-5 minutes.
9. Using a knife, cut around outside of the bacon.
   Tip: This makes sure the bacon does not stick to the muffin pan.
10. Remove with cake spatula.
11. Serve and enjoy.
