Grilled Cuban Quesadilla

Ingredients:
1 12 inch Flour Burrito Wrapper
6 Swiss Cheese Slices
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
10 Sliced Pickles
3 Ham Slices
8 oz Smoked Pulled Pork
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Operation BBQ Relief® Florida Mojo
Also Needed:
Heat Resistant Gloves
Tongs
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium (275ºF).
Place one (1) tortilla on a large plate.
Place the Swiss Cheese evenly on the tortilla.
Drizzle mustard (to taste) on top of the Swiss Cheese.
Place pickle slices on half of the tortilla.
Place ham evenly on top of the pickles.
Place the pulled pork on top of the ham.
Fold the other half of the tortilla over (to make a half moon) and press down firmly.
Place quesadilla on the cooking grid.
Rotate and flip quesadilla as necessary until the cheese is melted and quesadilla is crispy.
Once the quesadilla is done, remove from the grill.
Cut the quesadilla into 5 even triangles.
Place the quesadilla onto a plate.
Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle some Operation BBQ Florida Mojo Rub onto the sour cream.
Serve and enjoy.
