Ingredients: 8 oz Bulk Italian Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained; 1 (10 oz / 12 in) Pizza Thin Crust; 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce; 2 cup (8 oz) Provolone Cheese, shredded; 4 oz can Mushroom Pieces, drained; Additional Item:; Pizza Stone (if using a grill); Flour or Cornmeal (for dusting)

Ingredients:

Bulk Italian Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
Pizza Thin Crust
Pizza Sauce
Provolone Cheese, shredded
Mushroom Pieces, drained

Additional Items:

• Pizza Stone (if using a grill)
• Flour or Cornmeal (for dusting)

Directions:

Spread pizza crust evenly layering half the cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and finishing with remaining cheese.
Grill on grates or pizza stone 5 - 7 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 2 to 4 minutes) until cheese starts to melt.
