Ingredients:
BUBBA burger
®
Turkey Patties
Sesame Seed Bun
Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard (or Preferred Dijon Mustard)
Avocado, cut in thirds then fanned
Crisp Lettuce
Tomato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Kosher Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Marcel Petite Comté Cheese Aged 6 Months (or Preferred Cheese)
Suggested Wine Pairings:

• R-Collection Merlot
• Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Merlot
Directions:
Season both sides of BUBBA burger® TURKEY patty with Kosher salt and pepper
Using Blue Rhino
®
propane, preheat your grill on medium heat 30 - 45 minutes before your guests arrive.
Place the seasoned BUBBA burger® turkey patties on the grill (perforated side first) for 5-7 minuted.
Flip turkey patties over and cook for another 5 - 7 minutes to an internal temperatue of 165℉.
Toast buns.
Place your comté cheese (or any preferred cheese) on the BUBBA burger
®
turkey patties.
Lower the temperature and cover to help melt cheese.
Once cooked, place a tbsp of Dijon mustrad on the bottom bun, then add lettuce, tomato, turkey patty, more Dijon mustard to top bun, avocado and serve!
For an added kick, top with King’s Hawaiian
®
Sweet Pineapple BBQ Sauce.
