Ingredients:
1 12-inch tortilla wrap
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese shred
1/2 cup Smoked Turkey, small dice or pulled
1/4 cup Chipotle BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Hash browns, cooked
1/4 cup Grilled onions
2 tbsp Pico de gallo
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
Directions:
Place tortilla on a warm griddle or grill for 20-30 seconds to warm the tortilla slightly.
Tip: this helps prevent tear or break when rolling.
Spread cheddar evenly in the center of the tortilla.
Combine turkey and BBQ sauce, mix and place in a row in the center of the tortilla.
Place the hash browns and onions in rows next to the turkey.
Sprinkle evenly with pico de gallo.
Fold inward the two smaller sides of the tortilla, then roll the bottom (larger) side over the filling and tuck in tightly.
Roll wrap until seam is on bottom and press gently to create a slightly flatter surface and seal.
On a preheated griddle to medium high add 1 Tbsp of olive oil and gently place wrap seam side down on griddle.
Lightly brush top of wrap with additional oil.
Grill for 1 - 1-1/2 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
Gently turn wrap over and grill the top in the same fashion.
Remove and place on a cutting board seam side down and cut in half.
Serve immediately.
