Ingredients:
2 Heads of Broccoli
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Kosher Salt, to taste
Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cut broccoli heads into pieces, try to make them all the same size
Add water into a large sauce pan (about 4-1/2 qt).
Place sauce pan onto side burner and bring the water to a boil.
Once water is boiling, carefully add the broccoli.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove the broccoli from the water and place into an ice bath.
Pre-heat your grill to high.
in a small bowl, combine the olive oil, kosher salt and crushed red pepper (adjust to taste).
Drain the broccoli and brush with the mixture.
Place the broccoli onto the cooking grates.
Grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
Once grilled, remove from the grill and serve.
