Bryan Mroczka, Head of Culinary

Since 2013, Bryan and his competition team Bull Rush BBQ have won dozens of awards, most notably 11-time Grand Champion, eight-time People’s Choice, and several first-place finishes in chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket categories. Bryan currently serves as the Head of Culinary for Operation BBQ Relief, a role that makes him responsible for all things food, specifically the Always Serving Project and Disaster Services.
When Bryan isn’t at BBQ competitions or on deployment for Operation BBQ Relief, you can usually find him hanging around a smoker, spending time with family and friends, fishing, or scalloping.
