Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to 350°F.
2. Cook sausage links on grill until done.
3. Remove sausage links and cut into 1 inch pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
5. Once mixed, add 1 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions.
6. Spray 9 x 13 metal pan with non-stick cooking spray.
7. Spread hash browns on the bottom of the pan.
8. Place sausage links and bacon on top of of the hash browns.
9. Place egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns.
10. Top with the remaining cheese.
11. Place pan on the cooking grids.
12. Grill for 45 minutes, until the middle is firm.
13. Remove from the grill.
14. Serve and enjoy!
