Indonesian BBQ Pork Tenderloin
Indonesian BBQ Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 lb Pork tenderloin
3 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Grated ginger root
3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp Chili garlic sauce
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Directions:
Trim silver skin & fat off of each pork tenderloin.
Place the remaining ingredients into a large reseable bag and seal.
Shake the bag to ensure the marinade is mixed well.
Add the trimmed pork tenderloin to the bag and rub the pork with the marinade.
Refrigerate pork tenderloin for 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to 350⁰F.
Remove the pork tenderloin from the bag (save the marinade) and place on the grill.
Grill for approximately 30 minutes, turning frequently and brush with the marinade from the bag often. Until the internal temperature reaches 150⁰F.
Remove from the grill and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve and enjoy.
