Animal Style Steak Frites

Directions:

Remove steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking. This will help the steak cook more evenly.

1. Preheat grill to 450℉.
2. Drizzle olive oil over 1 side of the steak. Spread over the steak.
   Note: The oil will help the seasoning stick to the steak.
3. Season with generous amounts of salt and pepper.
4. Flip steak over and repeat steps 2 and 3.
5. Place steak on the hottest side of the grill.
6. After 2 - 3 minutes, rotate steak 90°. Close the lid.
7. In a large bowl add the mayonnaise, ketchup, dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
8. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Set aside.
9. Flip the steak over.
10. After 2 - 3 minutes, rotate steak 90°. Close the lid.
11. When the steak reaches desired doneness, remove.
12. Let steak rest for 1 minute.
13. Place steak on your plate with cheesy fries (or your favorite side).
14. Add desired amount of Animal Sauce to the plate.
15. Serve and enjoy.
