Beef, Pepper and Onion Pizza

Directions:

1. Heat grill and pizza stone to high (400°F).
2. On the grill's side burner, heat large nonstick over medium heat until hot.
3. Add Ground Beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into small crumbles and stirring occasionally. Remove drippings.
4. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; season with salt and pepper.
   Cook's Tip: Cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed Ground Beef. Ground Beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Color is not a reliable indicator of Ground Beef doneness.
5. Place pizza crust on pizza stone.
6. Top with beef mixture, then cheese.
7. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
8. Remove, cut and serve.
