Grilled Mini Lahmacun (Turkish Pizza)

Ingredients:
Uncooked Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
Ground Lamb (Beef or Bison will also work)
Lemon Wedges, for serving
Toppings:
Ripe Tomatoes
Fresh Parsley
Onion
Ripe Red Bell Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Sweet Paprika
Tomato Paste
Dried Mint, crushed
Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Additional Items:
• Food Processor
• Large Bowl
• Rolling Pin
• Pizza Stone or Griddle Topper
Directions:
Place tomatoes, parsley, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, paprika, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, in a food processor. Blend until a thin sauce.
In a large bowl, combine ground lamb (or beef or bison), blended sauce, and mint. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Note: You can marinate the mixture overnight if desired.
If using a grill, place pizza stone or griddle topper onto the cooking grids.
Preheat grill or griddle to high (425℉).
Divide dough into 12 evenly-sized balls.
Roll out pizza dough until 1/8 inch thick.
Spread mixture over dough.
Place pizza onto pizza stone/griddle topper/griddle.
Grill for 9 - 12 minutes, until will browned.
Remove from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice on the pizza.
Serve and enjoy.
