Ingredients:
6 med Bell Peppers, any color
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 small Onion, chopped
1 small Tomato, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Chili Sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, onion, tomato, garlic, chili sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Wash bell peppers and carefully cut jack o’ lantern faces into the peppers with a paring knife, making triangle eyes and noses, and pointy teeth smiles. Slice the tops off the peppers and scoop out all the seeds and cores.
Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture and place them on shallow-rimmed baking sheets.
Place on grill and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted into center of pepper registers 160°F and peppers begin to brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
