Ingredients:
BUBBA burger® Original Patties
Sesame Seed Buns
Head Crisp Lettuce
Porcini Powder
Red Onion, sliced 1/4 in thick
Tomato, sliced 1/4 in thick kosher salt
Aioli Sauce
Butter Pickles
Black Pepper, to taste
Suggested Wine Pairings:
• Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Merlot
• Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
• Raymond Family Classic Cabernet Sauvignon
Directions:
Preparation:
Season both sides of the BUBBA burger® original patties with 3 parts salt to 1 part Porcini powder; one side with black pepper.
Brush olive oil on both sides of red onion and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking Directions:
Using Blue Rhino® propane, preheat your grill on medium heat 30-45 minutes before your guests arrive.
Begin by placing onions on the grill until they sweat, then flip and cook until tender.
Place the seasoned BUBBA burger® original patties on the grill once you see the juice on top, flip and cook to an internal temperature of 161°F.
Toast buns.
Once cooked, place a tablespoon of aioli on the bottom bun, then add lettuce, BUBBA burger® original patty, butter pickles, tomato and onion - serve!
