Ingredients:
Crescent Roll Dough, refrigerated
Pork Sausage
Hash Browns
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Eggs
Milk OR Water
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Additional Items:
• Large Nonstick Skillet (if using a grill)
• 2 Bowls
• Pizza Stone OR Baking Sheet Skillet (if using a grill)
• Baking Sheet (if using a grill)
• Pizza Spatula
Directions:
Turn on side burner to medium/high and brown sausage in a skillet or other pan.
If using a griddle, place sausage directly on the griddle surface.
Once sausage is cooked, drain and set aside in a bowl.
Preheat grill to 375°F.
Note: If you are using a pizza stone, place pizza stone on the grill before preheating.
In a bowl, scramble the eggs with the milk/water.
On the side burner, cook the scrambled eggs.
Cooking:
If using a baking sheet:
Lightly grease the baking sheet.
Spread out the dough on the baking sheet, sealing all seams.
Cover with the hash browns, scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
Place on the baking sheet on the cooking grid.
If using a pizza stone:
Spread out the dough on a clean counter, sealing all the seams.
Carefully remove the dough and place on the pizza stone.
Cover with the hash browns, scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
If using a griddle:
Spread out the dough on a clean counter, sealing all the seams.
Carefully remove the dough and place on the griddle surface.
Cover with the hash browns, scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
Bake for 18-23 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edge of pizza is browned.
Remove the pizza from the grill/griddle.
Serve and Enjoy!
