Ingredients: 3 pounds Pork loin roast (boneless); 1 cup Brown sugar; 3/4 cup Teriyaki sauce; 3/4 cup Dry red wine; 3/4 cup Chili sauce; 1/2 teaspoon Ground cloves; 1/4 teaspoon Pepper; 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder

Makes: 8 servings
Prep Time: 8 - 10 hours
Cook Time: 55 - 70 minutes

Ingredients:

3 lb Pork loin roast (boneless)
1 cup Brown sugar
3/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
3/4 cup Dry red wine
3/4 cup Chili sauce
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic powder

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients except pork; reserve 1 cup for basting roast and refrigerate.
Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Remove roast from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill roast over indirect heat for 45-60 minutes, (20-22 minutes per pound) until internal temperature reads 145°F.
Brush frequently with reserved marinade during the last 15-20 minutes of grilling.
Let roast rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
