Mini Cheeseburgers with Chipotle Mayo

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb	Ground Beef
7-1/2 oz	Mexican Chorizo
6	KRAFT Singles, cut in half
1/2 cup	KRAFT® Real Mayo Mayonnaise
3 tbsp	Chopped Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1 pkg (12 oz.)	Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, cut horizontally in half

Directions:

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix ground beef and chorizo; shape into 12 (3-inch) patties.
Grill 4 min. on each side or until done (160°F), topping with Singles for the last minute. Meanwhile, mix mayo and peppers.
Fill rolls with burgers and mayo mixture.
