Big Bold Beefy Grilling Sauce

Directions:

1. Stir to combine all of the ingredients, except the butter. 
2. On the grills side burner, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. 
3. Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture has thickened to the consistency of bbq sauce; stirring occasionally. 
4. Remove from heat and whisk in butter one piece at a time until incorporated.
5. Sauce can be made in advance and will keep in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for a couple weeks.
