Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter
Mini Marshmallows
Puffed Rice Cereal
Salt
Melting Chocolate
Green Food Coloring
Candy Eyes
Additional Items:
• 9x13-inch Baking Dish
• Cooking Spray
• Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Using your side burner, melt the butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and salt, stir until completely melted.
Add drops of green food coloring until you have your desired Frankenstein color.
Remove pan from the heat and stir in the rice cereal until completely coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press into an even layer.
Set aside to cool for at least 2 hours. Cut into 12 rectangles.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Coat the grates with oil and then turn off grill completely.
Place the treats directly on the hot grill grates and press down gently.
Grill, flipping the treats with a spatula about halfway through, or until golden-brown and grill marks appear, about 1 minute per side.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
