Grilled Lobster

Ingredients: 4 Lobster Tails, fresh or frozen; Sea Salt, to taste; Black Pepper, to taste; Garlic Butter:; 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped or grated; 1/4 cup Parsley, finely minced; 8 tbsp Butter; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Black Pepper; 1 Lemon, juice; Additional Items:; Kitchen Shears; Small Saucepan; Sharp Knife

Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 30 - 120 minutes
Cook Time: 50 - 60 minutes

Ingredients:

Lobster Tails, fresh or frozen
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Garlic Butter:

Garlic, finely chopped or grated
Parsley, finely minced
Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
Lemon, juice

Additional Items:

• Kitchen Shears
• Small Saucepan
• Sharp Knife

Directions:

If the lobster tails are frozen, remove and thaw for 20 - 24 hours before grilling.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
On your grill's side burner or directly on the cooking grates, combine garlic butter ingredients in a small saucepan.
Simmer for 4 - 6 minutes. Set aside to keep warm.
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of the lobster tail.
Carefully cut the top of the lobster meat the length of the tail. Do not cut more than halfway through.
Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
Place on the grill, meat side down, and cook for 4 - 6 minutes.
Flip the tails over and brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter.
Grill for another 4 - 6 minutes, until the lobster meat is 165℉.
Remove from the grill and serve with remaining garlic butter.
