Ingredients:
Bananas
Unsalted butter
Brown Sugar
Ground Cinnamon
Optional:
• Ice Cream
• Walnuts, crushed
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium.
Cut bananas lengthwise.
Melt butter and brush on the cut part of the bananas.
Place on the grill, cut side down.
Grill for 2 - 3 minutes, until you see grill marks.
Flip over and grill until the bananas are soft and the remaining peel is easily removed.
Remove bananas from the grill when cooked.
Meanwhile, mix together the remainder of the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Remove the bananas from the peel.
Drizzle the mixture over the warm bananas and enjoy.
Optional: Add a couple of scoops of ice cream and some crushed walnuts.
