Grilled Sloppy Joe Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
Bread
Pimento Cheese (homemade or store bought)
Cheddar Cheese
Butter, spreadable
Sloppy Joe Mix, to taste
Additional Item:
• Griddle Topper (if using a gas grill)
Directions:
Preheat grill with griddle topper or griddle for direct grilling over medium heat.
Using softened butter, coat one (1) side of each of the slices of bread.
Place the two (2) slices of bread butter side down on the plate.
Place a piece of cheese on the slices of bread.
Spoon sloppy joe mix on the cheese slices.
Place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese, butter side up.
Place the sandwiches on the griddle.
Grill for about 4 minutes, until golden.
Carefully flip the sandwiches over and grill for another 4 minutes, until golden.
Remove the sandwiches from griddle.
Serve and enjoy.
