Operation BBQ Relief
Baby Back Ribs on the Grill
Baby Back Ribs on the Grill

Ingredients:
1 Rack
Baby Back Ribs
Favorite Seasoning Rub
1/4 cup
Honey
1/4 cup
Brown Sugar
Spray Butter
Aluminum Foil
Directions:
Turn on grill with one side on and one side off. Heat grill to 300°F.
Remove the membrane from the back side of the rack of ribs.
Season with your favorite rib rub.
Place ribs on the non-burner side of the grill.
Close lid and cook for 30 minutes. Do not touch.
Prepare aluminum foil, 2 sheets that are 1-1/2 times the length of the rack of ribs.
Over the next 30 minutes, turn the ribs and spray with butter spray.
Spray and turn ribs, cook for 10 minutes.
Spray and turn ribs, cook for 10 minutes.
Spray and turn ribs, cook for 10 minutes.
Remove ribs from the grill.
Place on alumium foil, meat side up.
Squeeze 1/8 C honey on top of the meat in a squiggle design.
Spread 1/8 C brown sugar evenly over top of the ribs.
Flip ribs over and and coat with remained of honey and brown sugar.
Wrap ribs in aluminum foil in a square and seal tight.
Place ribs back on the grill for 30 minutes.
Remove the ribs when the internal temperature is 200°F (test multiple parts of the ribs, making sure not to touch the bone).
When the ribs are done and tender, place ribs meat side up on the plate and carve up.
Glaze with the remains from the aluminum pouch.
Place back on grill for 5 minutes to let the glaze set.
Remove and plate the ribs.
Enjoy.
