Barrel Stave Salmon

Directions:

1. Soak the barrel stave in water, completely submerged for 2 hours.
2. Remove the stave and let drain for 1 hour.
3. Preheat grill to high (400℉ - 425℉).
4. Trim the salmon to fit the width of the stave.
5. Place the salmon atop the barrel stave.
6. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
7. Generously coat the salmon with Operation BBQ Relief® Salt, Pepper & Garlic Seasoning. Pat in.
8. Lightly coat the salmon with honey soy glaze.
9. Generously place the fresh rosemary, oregano, thyme over the salmon.
10. Place the stave on the cooking grates.
11. Grill until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 120℉ (approximately 12 minutes).
12. Using heat resistant gloves, remove the barrel stave.
13. Remove the cooked herbs from top of the salmon and replace with fresh herbs.
14. Squeeze the juice from a fresh lemon half over the top of the salmon.
15. Drizzle the salmon with honey soy glaze.
16. Serve and enjoy.
