• Pizza Stone (if using a grill)
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush the cooking grates clean.
Preheat a pizza stone for 15 minutes, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch the dough out to a 12-to-14-inch round.
Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or a flour-dusted pizza paddle.
Carefully cut the cheese into ghost shapes with a paring knife. Then, cut the olives into spider shapes and use the rest of the olives as eyes for the ghosts.
Top with the pizza sauce, cheese, and olives.
Place pizza on the cooking grates and brush with olive oil.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt.
Cut into wedges and serve.
