Cuban Burger

Directions:

1. Preheat grill or griddle to medium-high.
2. Season the burger patties generously with salt, pepper & garlic on both sides of the patty.
3. Place the burgers on the cooking grates.
4. Place the pork loin and the sliced ham on the indirect side of the grill (to heat up while the patty is cooking).
5. After about 6 minutes, flip the burgers, pork loin and ham.
6. Place the brioche buns, cut side down, on the grill to toast.
7. After 1 minute, remove the brioche buns from the grill and place on a plate cut side up.
8. Place the Swiss cheese on the burgers to melt.
9. Spread the BBQ mayo evenly on the bottom buns.
10. Place the pickles on the bottom buns.
11. Remove the pork loin from the grill and place on the bottom buns.
12. When burger is cooked to desired doneness, remove from the grill and place on the bottom buns.
13. Remove the ham and place on the burger.
14. Place the top buns on the burgers and secure with a bamboo pick.
15. Serve and enjoy.
