Grilled Chicken Thighs

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high (350℉)
2. Remove chicken thighs from the package and pat down with paper towels.
3. Tuck the chicken skin under the chicken thigh.
4. Place small cooking grate over the aluminum pan.
   Note: This will help keep your grill cleaner.
5. Season all sides of the chicken thighs to taste, and place on cooking grate in aluminum pan.
   Cook's Tip: Applying the seasoning while over the foil pan will catch all the extra seasoning. Extra seasoning can be applied to the top of the chicken thighs.
6. Place the pan onto the grilling grates.
7. Grill until internal temperature is 160℉ - 170℉ (about 30 - 60 minutes).
   Cook's Tip: Cooking chicken thighs to an internal temperature of 200℉ helps with texture and makes the skin crispy.
8. When done, remove from the grill.
9. Serve and enjoy.
