Ingredients: 8 (2 oz ea) Thin Boneless Pork Chops; 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce; 1 tbsp Mild Vinegar; 1 tbsp Soy Sauce; 2 cloves Garlic, crushed; 1 tsp Sesame Oil; 4 Pita Pocket Breads, halved; Salt, to taste; Pepper, to taste; Pineapple Relish:; 1 (15-1/2 oz) can Pineapple Tidbits in Juice, drained; 1 Jalapeño Chilie, minced; 1 tbsp Lime Juice; 1 tbsp Honey; 1 tbsp Olive Oil; 3 Green Onions, chopped; 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro; Additional Items:; Medium Bowl; Resealable Plastic Storage Bag; Small Bowl

Ingredients:

Thin Boneless Pork Chops
Hoisin Sauce
Mild Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Garlic, crushed
Sesame Oil
Pita Pocket Breads, halved
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Pineapple Relish:

Pineapple Tidbits in Juice, drained
Jalapeño Chilie, minced
Lime Juice
Honey
Olive Oil
Green Onions, chopped
Chopped Cilantro

Additional Items:

• Medium Bowl
• Resealable Plastic Storage Bag
• Small Bowl

Directions:

Make Pineapple Relish
1. In medium bowl, stir together pineapple, jalapeño, lime juice, honey, olive oil, green onion and cilantro.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cover and set aside.
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic storage bag.
In small bowl stir together hoisin, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
Pour hoisin mixture over pork; seal bag and toss gently to coat well; set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Remove chops from bag (discard any remaining marinade).
Grill directly over heat for about 2 minutes per side, until nicely browned.
Place pork chop in each pita half and top with some Pineapple Relish.
Serve and enjoy.
