Grilled Butternut Squash

Cook Time: 5 - 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Olive Oil
Garlic, minced
Salt
Pepper
Butternut Squash, Small

Additional Item:

• Small Bowl

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium.
In a small bowl, combine wild, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut squash into halves.
Brush mixture over butternut squash.
Place butternut squash on grill.
Grill for 5 minutes each side, until tender.
Remove from grill and serve.
