Onion Powder
Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Season the steak and shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Preheat your griddle (or grill with griddle topper) to medium-high heat.
Place steak and shrimp on griddle.
Sear the steak on the griddle for about 2 - 3 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Cook the shrimp for 1 - 2 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
Move the steak and shrimp to cooler side of the griddle or transfer them to a plate and set to the side.
Add the frozen waffle fries to the griddle and heat for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add the corn chips, steak, and shrimp.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the entire nacho mixture.
Let it all melt together.
Carefully transfer the nachos from the griddle to a large serving platter or individual plates.
Top the nachos with fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, and queso.
Serve immediately to enjoy while they are hot and fresh!
