Ingredients:
Refridgerated Pizza Crust (or your own homemade pizza crust)
Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Milk Chocolate Chips
Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows (more or less, to taste)
Optional:
Graham Crackers (crumbled)
Nuts, chopped
Additional:
• Pizza Stone (if using a grill)
• Pizza Peel
• Flour or Cornmeal (for dusting)
Directions:
Preheat grill or griddle:
Grill:
Place pizza stone on cooking grates.
Preheat to 400℉.
If using a griddle:
Preheat griddle to medium-high.
Clean griddle surface and brush with olive oil.
Lightly flour- or cornmeal-dusted a clean surface.
Roll or stretch the dough out to a 12- to 14-inch round pizza.
Lightly flour- or cornmeal-dust the pizz peel.
Transfer pizza dough over to the pizza peel.
Place the pizza dough onto the pizza stone or grill.
Grill for 10 minutes.
Using the pizza paddle, carefully remove the pizza dough.
Top with hazelnut spread and chocolate chips. You can add the graham crackers and/or chopped nuts if desired.
Top with mini marshmallows.
Place the pizza onto the pizza stone or griddle.
Grill for another 5 minutes or until marshmallows are browned and crust is completely golden.
Remove, and let rest for 2 minutes.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
